Description:

Total refurbishment of this listed building, providing almost half a million square feet of office space, was completed in order for the Ministry of Justice to move in.

James and Son Ltd installed various types of SAS metal suspended ceilings and plasterboard ceilings including large bulkheads throughout the building in rooms of all different shapes and sizes.

The vast amount of work James and Son Ltd installed on this project in the time scale given was a challenge in itself, however the most challenging task was to install the ceilings with the limited amount of void space available in order to maximize the volume of office space.

The bulkheads, in places exceeded 40 meters in length. With James and Son Ltd ability to adapt to different and complex designs and with our quality control procedures in place we were able to deliver these large bulkheads in perfect straight lines on every occasion
