Description:

One New Burlington Place is situated between Regent Street and Savile Row and is one of the most desirable office and retail locations in the country.
The building’s Grade II listed façade facing onto Regent Street was fully restored, whilst the building’s interior and services was replaced and modernised to create 80,000 sq ft of grade A office space and 32,000 sq ft of new flagship retail space.

James and Son carried out all of the drylining, plasterboard ceilings and special multi-grid SAS metal ceiling systems throughout the whole CAT A fit-out of the building, which also included inclined ceilings on the top floor to create a unique appearance alongside the new external glazing.

Armstrong metal mesh ceilings incorporating modern LED lighting tracks were also supplied and installed by us to all lift lobbies and reception areas, along with custom made Barrisol lighting bays.

We also applied STO rendering in a number of locations to meet the target U-value of the building.
